Mid-day Beetroot Mint Smoothie














Serves two 

Ingredients: 
1 medium-sized beetroot; peeled and roughly chopped 
1 banana; peeled and roughly chopped 
1 handful of fresh mint leaves 
2 cups of almond milk (add more for a runnier consistency) 

Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender and then blend to a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
