Black Quinoa with Bean Sprouts, Red Bell Pepper, and Avocado



Hearty Muesli


Serves two people 


Ingredients: 
(Select organic ingredients as much as possible) 
- 2 cups muesli
- 2 cups almond milk
- 4 tablespoons fresh yogurt  
- 1 ripe banana, cut in circles
- 1 apple, 2/3 chopped roughly and 1/3 chopped vertically as shown on the photo
- 3 teaspoons lemon-flavored honey
- A sprinkle of ground cinnamon

Preparation: 
Soak muesli in almond milk overnight or for at least eight hours. When ready to consume, mix in honey and roughly chopped apple. Using a spoon, make a strata in a serving glass in this order: muesli mixture; banana and yogurt (divided equally between two servings); and muesli mixture. Garnish with the remaining apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
